Happy Friday from Landfall! Construction is moving along for our custom home for clients Frank and Holly Douglas. Window and door installation, along with rough-in plumbing and boxing began this week, with roofing and exterior trim to start soon.

A beautiful spring afternoon in Landfall. With warmer weather here, the greens and trees are really starting to green up. As is noted in these photos, the footings have been dug and poured, with the foundation now underway. We anticipate framing to begin in approximately two weeks.

Whitney Blair Custom Homes Update March 31, 2010

This is the first blog post for our latest custom home just underway in Wilmington, NC. These photos depict the cleared lot for our clients, Frank and Holly Douglas, whose lot is located in Landfall. This custom designed home by Rick Raynor, Founder/Owner of DesignTech based in Raleigh, NC, is a French Estate with copper attributes, and will be approximately 9,000 square feet under roof once construction is completed late Spring 2011.
